Bareilly: A Sampoorna Samadhan Diwas was successfully conducted at the Sadar Tehsil auditorium in Bareilly under the chairmanship of Divisional Commissioner Bhupendra S Chaudhary.
During the session, the Commissioner first reviewed the Tehsil Day register and attendance records. Emphasising the importance of the initiative, he stated that the vision of Yogi Adityanath is to ensure timely and quality redressal of public grievances. He highlighted that live monitoring of public hearings is already being conducted at district headquarters and will soon be extended to all tehsil-level Samadhan Diwas programmes.
He directed all officials to ensure their timely presence during such grievance redressal forums to avoid any inconvenience to the public. Stressing accountability, he also instructed that complaints registered on the Integrated Grievance Redressal System must be resolved without negligence.
Further, the Commissioner directed officials to follow up with complainants via telephone after resolving their issues to confirm their satisfaction. He urged authorities to maintain a courteous and sensitive approach towards citizens and encouraged the public to present their grievances directly without relying on middlemen.

The programme was attended by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Sadar), Tehsildar Sadar, and other concerned officials.
